Community page which was known as fan page before is a fun to make and have. What ?? are you asking that what is a community page ?? then let me explain it to you in brief ....
Community page is a page which can represent your business. You can also make your own community page which represents you.

Community pages — the pages that link from fields you fill out in your profile — are for general topics and all kinds of unofficial but interesting things. You "like" these pages to connect with them, but they aren't run by a single author, and they don't generate News Feed stories.

There are many benefits to adding community pages to your profile:

How to create it.....

On the write side of the home page after signing in you would see this bar . In this bar click on ADS AND PAGES. after clicking this you would directly reach to a pagewhich is shown below..

Thats it..!! Choose any option whether a community page or an official page. any of them can be chosen and create easily...
